 Kellsey, an emerging alt-rock band from Dallas, has been called “the love child of grunge and pop punk” and has been compared to Evanescence and Paramore, with a more modern style. A recent article describes their music as “creating an artistic vision that will obviously connect with many, considering the scarcity of emo, punk and alternative rock projects flourishing in the current musical scene”. Lead singer and bassist Kelly Condy, brings her experience as bassist for Tough on Fridays from Georgetown, to her role as lead singer and bassist of Kellsey. Throughout her career, she has played such legendary places, including House of Blues Main Stage, The Curtain Club in Deep Ellum, and The Mohawk in Austin.
